SI FORTIS FORTES Player Development Model

BC United 'SI FORTIS FORTES' Development Model

Our Philosophy

BC United players will be technically comfortable, capable of executing quick, correct, tactical decisions in high-pressure environments. Players will understand purposeful possession with the intent to score and will understand how to apply organized pressure in all areas of the field when defending.

The BC United 'SI FORTIS FORTES' Player Development Pathway

Players will continue to play for their local community club while in the Academy and are advised to skip a community practice if it is too much across the week.
